Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a list of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened gel polishes and supplies in their original box to prevent leakage or damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
